Description

Built in 1998 by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, Villa Jasmin is a sublime home located on a plot of five hectares with infinity pool (15m x 3m), access to the sea and divided into 2 sections joined by a roof covering 30 metres.

 

There is a beautiful patio of 80m² separating the two houses, which also makes a dining room for 14. The main house has two floors, the first housing the kitchen and a living room of 100m² and the second with 3 bedrooms, one for babies or young children, with bathrooms.

 

On the 1st floor you'll find the living room with fireplace and kitchen, functional and equipped (induction cooker, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers...). On the 2nd floor, the first bedroom, connected to a large bathroom with bath, shower, two sinks and separate toilet. The second reaches the bathroom (bath, toilet and sink) through a corridor. Both bedrooms have a king size bed and storage furniture.

 

You will also find a basement with a large storage room and a laundry room with 2 washing machines, a tumble dryer and a sink, as well as a wine cellar, a pantry, a room for cleaning products and a freezer.

 

In the 2nd house you will find 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor: one with bay window overlooking the sea, has a king size bed, a small bathroom with shower and sink and a terrace. A second, identical to the exception of the colours, without terrace, and whose bathroom has a bath. The last bedroom, in the basement, with queen size bed, and bathroom with shower and toilet, is accessible by an outside staircase starting in the large central patio.

 

The third bedroom on the 2nd floor, decorated in a "Tropical" style and also with terrace, has a king-size four-poster bed and a small bathroom (sink, shower and toilet).

 

The villa is only 3.5km from the village of St-Florent, a small port on the Northwest coast of Corsica, you can see the Cap Corse and the bay where boats cross the harbour. And on the banks of Agriattes, one of the most intact areas of Corsica, are beautiful beaches. For hikers, the mountains, lakes and trails are only an hour away by car, and under certain conditions, a motorboat can be rented with the house.
 

You will also have a security guard, a cook (on request) and a team of staff taking care of the housework.
